The 1922 Peace Silver Dollar was struck at the Philadelphia Mint and represents the first full year of large-scale production for the Peace dollar series following its introduction in late 1921. Large quantities were produced, though examples with superior eye appeal are collected separately.
MS-66 indicates a gem Mint State coin with strong luster and only minor contact marks. This example exhibits natural toning, formed through long-term storage, while retaining full Mint State quality.
