Created in partnership with Warner Bros. Consumer Products, this rectangular-shaped coin replicates the poster for the first film in the saga, The Fellowship of the Ring. It showcases a frosted image of the Pillars of Kings, which creates a stunning contrast against the surrounding-coloured landscape of the Anduin River. Engravings of the phrase ‘The Legend Comes to Life’ and the films logo are also added, while a mirror finish surrounding the image further enhances this beautiful design. The obverse includes the Ian Rank Broadley effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, providing confirmation that it is legal tender.
